    摘要:

    用固态反应法按分子式YBa2 Cu2.7Ag0.3O7-δ(简称YBCAO)制备了样品, 利用X射线衍射, RT曲线及扫描电镜SEM研究了Ag对于YBCO超导性能的影响。实验结果表明: 晶粒得以细化, YBCO超导性能的稳定性有所增强。本文对结果进行了讨论。

    Abstract:

    According to molecular formula YBa2Cu2.7Ag0.3O7-δ(YBCAO), we have prepared bulk superconducting samples by solid state reaction method. In order to investigate the effect of Ag2O addition on the property of YBCO, the measurment of the temperature dependance of resistance, XRD and SEM have been used respectively. The results show that the grains become smaller and the superconducting stability is strengthened. In this paper, the results are discussed.
