    摘要:

    针对激光二极管与单模光纤的自动对准,从搜索路径规划和参数选择出发,给出五自由度自动对准搜索算法解决方案,为了提高搜索效率,提出新的指数函数拟合算法应用到 XY 平面的搜索过程中,给出了算法的基本原理和实现方法。实验证明,与爬山法相比,这种算法由于减少了采样点数而缩短了搜索时间,从而提高了自动对准的速度。

    Abstract:

    The five-dimension searching algorithm is presented for the alignment automation between a laser diode and a single-mode fiber. The searching path and the parameters are discussed in detail. The novel exponential function approximation algorithm for XY plane searching is also presented first. The experimental results with these algorithms are finally presented. It is confirmed that the searching efficiency of the exponential function approximation algorithm is better than the hill-climbing algorithm. The main reason is that the sample points are reduced. Thus the alignment speed is improved notably.
