氧化硅涂层和硅对碳化硅纤维与铝相容性的影响 |

摘要: |
本文采用真空蒸镀和离子镀法,在日本NICALON碳化硅纤维上进行纯铝、铝—1%硅合金单层镀和氧化硅—纯铝双层镀,制成 SiC/Al、SiC/Al-Si和SiC/SiO2/Al复合体,将这些复合体分别在真空中进行热处理,然后用浸蚀剂除去镀层,把萃取出的纤维试样放在室温下进行拉伸试验,根据纤维强度的变化,评价硅和氧化硅涂层对碳化硅纤维与铝相容性的影响。实验证明,当用SiO2或 Al—1%Si合金作纤维涂层时,在680℃或 720℃真空热处理后,纤维拉伸强度的下降均有所减缓。 |

Abstract: |
This paper introduces the research of the compatibility between NICALON fiber and aluminum al1oy,pure aluminum,Al-l%Si alloy. The SiO2+Al layer is plated on the NICALON fiber surface by physical vapor plating and ion plating. After heated in vacuum,the SiC fiber is extrated. The tensile strengh of the fiber is tested.
The SiO2 plating and the Al-l%Si alloy proves to have a little benefit for preventing the SiC fiber from degradation. |
