摘要: |
本文论述落点测量误差对于再入飞行器的精度评估及发射次数的影响。文中给出了测量误差对于统计鉴定的 OC 函数的影响分析,同时讨论了在犯两种错误的概率不变的前提下,测量误差对于发射数的影响。分析表明,为了补偿犯两种错误的概率(不增大),将使发射数增加。对于 Bayes 决策(Bayes假设检验),也有类似情况。至于统计估值,在保持相同的置信区间之下,测量误差的存在将使置信概率下降。 |

Abstract: |
In this paper,the inf1uence of MEPI is studied. The OC-function of testing statistical hypothesis and the numbers of launchs of reentry
vehic1es are given. It shows that when one tries to compensate the risk of the dispersion assessment caused by MEPI,the numbers of launchs wil1 be increased. As for statistical estimation, the existence of MEPI wi11 reduce the confidence probability when confidence interval is maintained. |
