宇航压力容器的概率断裂分析 |

摘要: |
本文根据概率断裂理论,分析了某宇航压力容器的可靠性。某典型的贮存试验容器,生产后在焊缝处出现许多裂纹。按概率断裂理论,这个容器的可靠度由下式计算:
R=1-P?=1-P(a>ac)=1-∫+∞-∞?(a)da∫a0Ф(ac)dac
这里R,P? 分别是可靠度和破坏概率,?(a),Ф(ac)分别是裂纹尺寸和临界裂纹尺寸的概率密度函数。
通过对165个断裂韧性子样数据的分析表明:断裂韧性Kc服从正态分布,而裂纹尺寸以第二类指数分布拟合较合适,分析中断裂评定按K准则。可靠度的计算采用了 Monte Carlo法。计算结果表明: 模拟次数 N=5000次,即可得到令人满意的精度。
最后,对计算结果做了讨论。 |

Abstract: |
After the production of a typical vessel used to store test,many cracks in the welding seam have been observed. According to probabilistic fracture mechanics,the reliability of the pressure vessel is given by
R=1-∫+∞-∞?(a)da∫a0Φ(ac)dac
Our analysis of data from 165 samples has shown that the fracture toughness Kcobeys the normal distribution and the second type of exponential distribution for the crack sizes is better applicable to fit the data of crack sizes in a welding seam. The reliability is calculated by using Monte Carlo method. |
