| 目前 FMS 的规划设计还不可能像普通的机械制造系统设计那样，有一些数学公式可循，对于方案的优化也不可能进行实物试验，国外最有效的方法是应用计算机仿真技术。本文是用 ACD图对FMS进行分析，建立模型，通过一个例子用GPSS语言对模型进行了计算机仿真。初步揭示了FMS设计规划中的某些问题，为寻找解决方法提供了依据。 |

| Abstract: |
| The design of FMS is different from that of ordinary mechanical manufacturing system，the design of which can be carried out by some mathe-matical formulas. The FMS projects can not be optimized by physical test and they can be tested only by simulation. In this paper，ACD diagram is used to analyze and to model FMS. Through an example，the FMS model set is simulated by language GPSS. Some problems in the design of FMS are presented and the foundation to solve them is found. |
