有关烧蚀复合材料某些热分解参数的实验研究 |

摘要: |
本文对高硅氧——酚醛树脂模压材料和石棉——酚醛树脂模压材料 (5-Ⅱ#)进行了实验研究,确定了材料开始分解的温度和分解结束的温度,分解过程中材料密度的变化以及材料的相对分解速率函数等。为了便于电子计算机计算,用最小二乘法将密度和相对分解速率函数拟合成一些近似公式。
文章中提供的数据及公式可以作为进行材料烧蚀计算的根据。 |

Abstract: |
In this paper,silica-phenolic resin and the asbestos-phenolic resin (5-Ⅱ#) reinforced plastics are researched experimentally. Some pyrolytic parameters of these ablatíve composite materials are determined. The approximate formulae of the density and the pyrolytic rate function are delermined by the least square method.
The data and these formulae used in this paper can be used as a basis for the calculation of the ablative materials. |
