本文是以SiC为基体的新型吸波材料的研究报告。通过几十个方案,100多个涂层试件的试验,在扩展频带方面采取了各种措施。有的试件使吸收10db以上的范围达到7GHz以上,20db以上的范围达1.4 到 1.5GHz,涂层厚度约2mm,比重小于4。 |

Abstract: |
This is a research paper on a new type absorbing material used SiC as a matrix. After many designed experiments with more than one hundred watings,many methods having been used in expanding the frequency band,one wating's absorption has achieved more than 10db with the absorbing width being 7-8GHz. The coating thickness is about 2 milli-meters and the specific gravity is less than 4. |
