机床主轴回转精度的测量是机械工程测试中的重要项目之一。本文提出一种数字式测量系统,用数字滤波技术成功地解决了模拟式测量方法中难以解决的一些技术难关,使测量精度达到0.1微米. |

Abstract: |
The measurement of spind1e rotating accuracy of machine tool is one of the important items in the fie1d of mechanica1 measurement. In this paper,a digita1 measuring system is introduced. Here the digital filtering technigue is successfully used to solve the problems which are difficult to be solved by the analog measuring method. The precision of measuring is 0.1μm. |
