文中介绍了采用数字低通滤波器去除红外图象中背景起伏的方法,在红外图象中采用统计矩来估计目标的位置与特征;描述了一种分割红外目标图象的新方法。对红外图象与模拟图象的处理都表明是一种面向实际应用的红外图象处理技术。 |

Abstract: |
This paper introduces the techniques of eliminating the background in infrared image using low-pass filter. The position and feature of targets in infrared image are estimated in several statistical moments. A new segementation algorithm for targets is introduced. The processing of infrared image and simulation image shows that the algorithm is an effective technique oriented to practical application. |
