摘要: |
本文研究了固体法稀土—硼共渗层的组织性能,并与单渗硼层进行了比较,结果表明,稀土—硼共渗提高了渗硼层的耐磨性,降低了渗硼层的脆性,改善了渗层的组织。文中还用现代分析测试手段分析了渗层中的稀土元素,发现稀土元素可渗入到 40Cr 钢中800μm深处。本文对稀土—硼共渗的机理及稀土元素的作用做了初步的分析探索。 |

Abstract: |
The structure and properties of powder RE-boronizing Layer are studied and compared with boronizing layer,It follows that RE-boronizing layer possesses higher wear-resistance, lower brittleness and finer stucture. It also shows that RE-atoms can be absorbed by the surface of steel, and migrate to the depth of 800μ with the aid of advanced analyzing methods. Besides, the mechanism of RE-boronizing and the effects of RE. |
