| 摘要: |
| 本文研究了雷达目标识别过程中关于目标的编码、分类特征的提取与选择等问题。提出了利用极小极大原则从频域中获取目标特征系数的方法，论述了它的数学框架以及寻求最佳解的算法步骤。利用实测的目标散射数据进行试验研究，结果表明了本文理论的正确性及其方法的有效性。 |

| Abstract: |
| A new method for extracting radar target pole features from its RCS is presented in this paper. The mathematical frames and calculation procedures are formulated in detail. The computer simulation is performed and the results show the method proposed is effective and feasible. |
