摘要: |
介绍了作者研制的通用CNC 系统,该系统以 AST 386 作为控制器,采用 PWM 驱动直流伺服电机,并配以软、硬件接口;文中对该系统的主要组成部分作了分析,在此基础上应用传统的 PID 控制方法设计数字控制器;最后通过实验验证了该系统的输出响应和控制器的性能。 |

Abstract: |
This paper describes a general CNC system,which uses AST386 as the controller,with a D C servo-drive system and software and hardware interface,the main components in this system are analyzied,and a classical PID control method is used to design the controller for this system,finally,the system output response and the controller performance are investigated based upon the experimental data of this milling machine system. |
