| 摘要: |
| 本文针对美国麻省理工学院为进行 C3I 系统效能分析所提出的案例，运用影响图方法建立了该案例的微分方程模型，而后定义了若干个 C3I 系统作战效能的衡量指标，最后由这些指标对模型的计算机数值仿真结果进行了详细地分析，得出了C3I 系统各项性能对战场态势的影响，从而说明了 C3I系统在战争中的作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| An approach for analyzing the effectiveness of C3I systems in the battlefield is presented in this paper. The proposed approach includes modelling，analysis, simulation and data processing methods and techniques. We demonstrate that the effectiveness of C3I systems can be evaluated by properly applying the approach. An canonical example is given as well. |
