超精密机床变分法精度分析及其应用 |

摘要: |
本文介绍了一种基于变分法的机床精度分析方法, 以及这一方法在超精密机床精度分析中的应用。以超精密气浮花岗石车床为研究对象, 建立了车床成形系统的数学模型, 对车床的输出精度进行了理论分析, 指出了加工误差中各成分的来源及物理意义。最后还探讨了变分法精度分析在超精密机床设计中的应用。 |

Abstract: |
This paper is concerned with accuracy analysis of ultra-precision machine tools. Accuracy analysis is very important in ultra-precision manufacturing in metal cutting as well as machine tools design. A workable method based on variational analysis is presented in this paper. Using this method, we deduce a mathematical model of our ultra-precision aerostatic marble machine tool. Its output accuracy is analyzed here. We also point out the source and explain the physical meaning of machine errors. Finally we discuss its potential application in the design of ultra-precision machine tool. |
