在剖析柔性加工设备机电系统结构、信息传递链等基础上, 建立柔性加工设备机电系统较精确的动力学模型, 并研制相应硬件, 实现实时在线模型参数辨识, 排除变工况与加工过程的时变性对状态监测与故障诊断的影响, 为实现柔性加工环境下多变工况加工过程的实时状态监测、故障诊断与故障预警打下基础。 |

Abstract: |
Based on the analysis of the system structure, information flow path of the flexible machining device, we have built up the precise dynamic model of mechanical-electronic systems of the machining center, and developed the hardware to realize the real-time identification of parameters of the models. It is a strong base both for building up a real-time condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and prediction system and for getting rid of the influence of the changeful machining mode and the factor of time-varying in the FMS environments. |
