Abstract: |
In this paper, a technique of testing the hot fracture toughness KIe of surface cracks is recommended. With the help of the technique, the test sample is heated, the temperature is controlled and the (p-V) curve of the force p versus the open displacement V of a crack mouth is drawn automatically. The test accuracy is very high. |
