摘要: |
整体涡轮叶盘精加工是决定叶盘最终几何精度的关键技术, 电火花加工 (EDM) 则是涡轮叶盘精加工的有力手段。在涡轮叶盘 EDM 精加工中电极的设计的基础上, 进行了电极在带冠叶盘弯扭狭窄通道中无干涉进给轨迹的搜索, 其中的核心问题是电极运动约束条件的确定。最后给出了轨迹搜索的范例结果。 |

Abstract: |
The finishing of turbine blisks, a critical technology determining the final geometric accuracy of blisks, can be implemented efficiently with the electrical discharge machining ( EDM). Upon the basis of the design of the electrode for blisk EDM finishing, the searching of an interference-free path for feeding an electrode through twist channels of a rimed blisk is carried out, in which the kernel problem is the determination of the electrode kinematic constraints. An implementation of the path-searching algorithm is illustrated with an example at the end of the paper. |
