负载型钴基超细粒子催化剂的催化性能 |

摘要: |
采用共溶胶-凝胶法和超临界干燥工艺,制备了负载型钴基超细粒子催化剂Co-SiO2,研究了该种催化剂对CO氧化反应的催化性能,并进一步考察了钴含量对其催化活性的影响。研究结果表明,该种催化剂在低钴含量(1%~2%)时即对CO的氧化反应表现出高的催化活性,并具有优良的热稳定性和很宽的反应活性温度区域(160℃~800℃);钴含量对其催化活性和稳定性有重要影响,在0.1%~2%的含量范围内,随钴含量增加,催化活性和稳定性逐渐升高。 |

Abstract: |
Supported Co ultrafine partical catalysts were prepared by means of sol-gel methods and supercritical drying. Their catalytic performance for CO oxidation was studied. The results indicate that the catalysts have high activity even with low content (1%~2%). They show good heat stability and can be performed in a wide reaction temperature area ranging from 160℃ to 800℃ .With the increase of Co Concentration, the activity and stability of Co-SiO2 increase. |
