摘要: |
采用自由单电子模型,得到了考虑电子自旋后一维正常金属介观环中持续电流的解析及数值计算结果。推广至三维介观环,得到了与实验结果接近的结论。首次发现了由于自旋引起的调制现象。 |

Abstract: |
This paper reports the analytic and numerical results of persistent currents in one-dimension mesoscopic rings with the free electron model by taking spin into consideration. Extending to three-dimension ,the theoretic result is close to the experiment result. The article introduces theoretically the modulation by spin for the first time. |
