介绍一种超大数值孔径光学系统的设计研究,其中包括设计的难点、研究思路、解决方法及实际结果。这个系统与传统的光学系统相比较,具有超大数值孔径和二次非球面尺寸大等显著特点。该光学系统将主要用于对大地样品进行探测、分析。 |

Abstract: |
The optical design of an optical system of an ultra-high numerical aperture is introduced. The introduction includes the point difficulties, the design considerations, the solutions and the final results. Comparing to the past optical system, it has two noted characters, that is ultra-high numerical aperture and larger quadratic aspherical surface. The optical system will be used to detect and analyze the samples of the earth or soils. |
