超精密机床进给系统的QFT控制器的设计 |

摘要: |
超精密机床进给机构中存在的不确定因素及非线性因素对进给系统跟踪控制精度有较大影响,采用合适的控制器能够有效提高其跟踪控制精度。QFT是在相频平面上的一种图形化的鲁棒控制系统设计方法。本文采用QFT理论设计了鲁棒跟踪控制器,并应用了速度前馈和误差积分控制。仿真结果显示,进给系统在被控对象参数发生较大变化时仍达到了数十纳米的跟踪控制精度,满足了超精密加工的要求。 |

Abstract: |
Some uncertainty and nonlinear factors of feeding mechanism have a powerful negative effect on tracking accuracy of ultra-precision machine.The quantitative feedback theory is a controller design method in frequency domain.It is aimed at designing a low order robust controller under plant uncertainty and disturbance.A robust QFT tracking controller with velocity feed forward & integral control is designed in the paper.The simulation result shows that 0.01μm tracking accuracy is achieved with the controller. |
