摘要: |
用对硝基苯乙酮、乙二醇、苯乙腈、氢气、高氯酸为原料,经酮基保护,环化,催化加氢和消除反应,合成出较高产率的5-乙酰基-2-氨基二苯甲酮。对反应机理作了初步探讨,并用元素分析、IR和1HNMR对其结构进行了表征。 |

Abstract: |
The 5-acetyl-2-aminobenzophenone with high yield was synthesized by using p-nitroacetophenone, ethylene glycol, phenylacetonitrile, hydrogen, perchloric acid as raw materials. The reaction mechanism is discussed simply, and the structure of compound is identified by elemental analysis, IR and 1HNMR. |
