摘要: |
针对地下定向钻进角度测量的特殊要求,提出了用一个单轴和双轴微硅加速度计测量地下钻头倾角和面向角的方法,组建了角度测量系统,给出温度补偿措施及相应的实验结果。结果表明,系统不仅具有体积小、成本低等优点,而且系统精度优于1℃,非常适合地下钻进测量。 |

Abstract: |
Aiming at to the special demands for angles measurement while drilling underground, the paper describes a new approach of determining the pitch and the roll with a single-axis accelerometer and a dual-axis accelerometer. A feasible temperature compensation method is adopted in our established systemCorresponding experimental results are described. Results show that the system has the advantages of small size, low cost, and its accuracy is better than 1°C. It is especially suitable for directional drilling to obtain the desired angles. |
