摘要: |
利用大型有限元分析软件MSC.Marc的直接约束法,建立了某大功率船用减速器斜齿圆柱齿轮副多齿啮合的三维有限元非线性接触分析模型。基于该模型,对齿轮副进行了一个啮合周期内的准静态啮合仿真分析。计算表明,本文得到的结果非常符合实际啮合规律,也验证了模型的正确性。由于模型的特点,有望进一步应用于齿轮的动态啮合分析。 |

Abstract: |
A 3-D nonlinear contact analysis model with several teeth pairs in meshing which is used to simulate a pair of cylindrical helical gear in the large power shipborne reducer is established by the direct constraint method provided by MSC.Marc. Then, based on the model, a quasi-static analysis is carried out in a meshing period. The numerical results show a very good agreement with the meshing rules in reality, and simultaneously, the rationality of the model is verified. Because of the original traits, the model can be used to be deal with the dynamic meshing problem of the gear pair. |
