气液同轴式喷嘴雾化特性的试验 |

摘要: |
通过试验研究气液同轴直流式和气液同轴离心式喷嘴的雾化性能。研究表明:喷嘴出口扩张时可以改善喷嘴的雾化性能;气液同轴直流式和气液同轴离心式喷嘴都存在一个合适的缩进长度,在改善喷嘴雾化特性的同时对总流量影响较小;在相同条件下,气液同轴离心式喷嘴的喷雾性能要优于气液同轴直流式喷嘴的喷雾性能。 |

Abstract: |
Spray characteristics of gas-liquid coaxial shear and swirl injectors were studied by conducting experiments. The results suggest that the injector outlet expanding can improve atomization performance; for the two kind of injectors, that is, gas-liquid coaxial swirl injectors and gas-liquid coaxial swirl injectors, with a proper indent length,they have good atomization performance and proper flow performance; and under the same conditions, gas-liquid coaxial swirl injectors have better atomization performance than gas-liquid coaxial swirl injectors. |
