亚波长割线对结构的太赫兹共振特性 |

摘要: |
利用有限元方法模拟了以亚波长周期排列的金属割线对(cut-wire pair)结构在太赫兹频域的透射谱。以单色平面波正入射该结构,透射谱出现很强的共振峰,其线宽随着金属几何线宽增加而增加,且在频域上出现红移。通过理论建模和数值仿真相结合分析,证明了这种随金属线宽增加而增强变宽的共振峰是法布里-珀罗(Fabry-Pérot)干涉和金属偶极子共振共同作用的结果。 |

Transmission properties of periodic structured subwavelength cut-wire pairs in terahertz regime were investigated numerically using finite element method. Under the normal incidence, the resonant peak in transmission spectra was found with red shift by increasing width as the metal wire width increases.
