摘要: |
提出一种基于Taguchi方法的混合NSGA-Ⅱ算法,即用Taguchi方法来改造NSGA-Ⅱ算法的交叉操作和变异操作,目的是提升NSGA-Ⅱ算法的优化能力。针对多目标优化测试问题的实验表明该方法能够显著提高NSGA-Ⅱ算法的优化效果,而且该方法不改变NSGA-Ⅱ的算法框架,易于实现。 |

Abstract: |
Some effective modifications upon NSGA-II were proposed to further improve its optimization ability, which results in a hybrid multi-objective optimization algorithm. In the hybrid algorithm, Taguchi-method was incorporated into the crossover and mutation options of NSGA-II, whose effectiveness was approved by experiments on typical test functions, and the hybrid algorithm can be easily implemented since it makes no change on the framework of NSGA-II. |
