弧齿锥齿轮摩擦功率损失计算 |

摘要: |
基于齿轮啮合原理和摩擦学理论,将弧齿锥齿轮等效为当量直齿圆柱齿轮,并综合考虑啮合点相对滑动速度、法向载荷、摩擦系数等时变性因素和实际重合度的影响,建立弧齿锥齿轮摩擦功率损失计算模型。基于该模型,以某型直升机尾减速器弧齿锥齿轮为对象,对其进行摩擦功率损失计算分析。结果表明,该计算模型考虑因素全面、分析方法简便、计算结果准确可靠,对弧齿锥齿轮摩擦功率损失计算具有参考价值。 |

Abstract: |
Based on the principle of gear engaging and tribology theory, by simplifying spiral bevel gear to spur gear, and by considering the impact of gear contact ratio and time-variant factors including meshpoint relative sliding velocity, normal load, and friction coefficient, the computing model of friction power loss for spiral bevel gear was established. According to the model, the friction power loss was calculated and analyzed by taking the spiral bevel gear of a helicopter tail reducer as research object. The results show that the computing model is reasonable, simple and reliable, and has a reference value to calculate the friction power loss for spiral bevel gears. |
