线膛身管有限元网格参数化建模方法 |

摘要: |
为了精确快速地建立身管结构有限元网格模型,提出基于Python脚本语言操作单元和节点坐标的参数化建模方法,建立身管结构有限元网格模型。使用该方法能够精确地建立身管内膛(包含药室、坡膛和导向部)和外部轮廓的有限元网格模型,并进行参数化建模。以76 mm火炮身管为对象,建立身管与弹丸耦合的有限元模型,计算弹丸在身管内的全弹道运动过程,并结合相应实验进行验证。研究结果表明:该方法能够精确快速地建立身管结构有限元网格模型。 |

Abstract: |
In order to establish the finite element grid model of the tube structure accurately and quickly, a parametric modeling method based on the Python script language operating unit and the node coordinates was proposed to establish the finite element grid model of the body tube. Through this method, the finite element mesh model of the tube bore (including the medicine chamber, the slope and the guide part) and the external contour were accurately established and parameterized. In addition, with the 76 mm artillery as the object, the finite element model of the coupling of the barrel and the projectile was established, and the full ballistic motion of the projectile was calculated and verified with the corresponding experiment. The results show that the method can accurately and quickly establish the finite element mesh model of the tube structure. |
