The average energy of configurations and the one-election energy eigenvalues of negative ions N^-,O^-, F^-,S^-,Cl^- are calculated by using relativistic X_α method. The unstability problem for the calculation of negative ions with relativistic X_α method is discussed，and the method of solving the unstability problem is given in this paper.
