    Abstract:

    The partial differental equation of nonlinear vibration of a suspended power line for consideration of initial degree relaxation is derived and a ordinary differential equation is obtained by using the Galerkin procedure. The an be found the approximate solutíons of nonlinear vibration responses of a power line under the harmoníc borces and pulse excitations. The influence of initial degree relaxations on the responses is analysed with some useful results.
