It is a problem of economical benefit how the multi-information for the statistical prediction of minerals is utilized effectively. The complex thought of multi-information is presented and regression analysis，discriminant analysis and integrated prediction is adopted in the paper. So the correct probability of the mineral prediction is raised greatly.
