    Abstract:

    In this paper an analytical solution of the unsteady flow of non-Newtanian fluids in annular pipes was found by using the integral transform method. Numerical simulation was carried out. On the basis of these,a detailed analysis was made to the effects of non-Newtonian coefficient Hc and the shape factor η on the flow. The obtained conclusions may provide the engineering projection with higher reliability.
