Abstract:

A chiral structrure for the fullerene D₂-C₈₄ is proposed. The conclusion explains why the formed ratio of D₂- to D_2d-C₈₄ in the experiment is 2:1. The structure and symmetry and stability of fullerene isomer is discussed.
