Abstract:

This paper presents briefly the features and the application range of dynamical energy allocation (DEA) at first. Then it proposes an improved DEA scheme based on the analysis of some typical DEA schemes and gives computer simulation results. Finally, some problems which remain to be further studied are discussed.
