Due to the appearance of the Agile & Virtual manufacturing and global manufacturing system, the old CAD/CAM system can't be applied to product development of virtual enterprises and a new CAD/CAM system must be developed. According to our national conditions, this paper discusses a new CAD/CAM system-Pseudo-Agile Intelligent CAD/CAM(PAI-CAD/CAM) system.
