A novel fusion scheme is presented based on fuzzy sets, considering the problem of information loss resulting from local“hard” decision during the traditional decision-layer fusion process. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that this method works better than traditional“K-rank”fusion rule, and the ROC curve approaches the optimum.
