    Abstract:

    The optical design of an optical system of an ultra-high numerical aperture is introduced. The introduction includes the point difficulties, the design considerations, the solutions and the final results. Comparing to the past optical system, it has two noted characters, that is ultra-high numerical aperture and larger quadratic aspherical surface. The optical system will be used to detect and analyze the samples of the earth or soils.
