Abstract:

Vanadium oxide thin films with nanostructure have been prepared on slide glass by sol-gel method. The resulting films are characterized by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and XRD. The influence of solvent and H₂O on the Sol-gel process is studied. And the effect of heat treatment condition on the valence of the films is also discussed.
