Abstract:
An adaptive method for Hamilton-Jacobi equations on unstructured meshes is given, the paper presents the key ingredient to choose smooth indicator. Using non-oscillatory interpolation it gets the essentially non-osscilatory scheme.Extensive numerical experiments show that the adaptive methods can also produce high resolution and improve the accuracy with small grid points if grid adaptation is employed.
