Abstract:
SHTB tests were conducted and it was found that interfering signals coming from interfaces between specimen and bars influence the experimental results obviously. In order to get the real properties for the tested materials, an improved data processing was performed to revise the interfering signals. The experimental data of an aluminum alloy under the dynamic tension loading were processed by the improved program, and more reasonable results were achieved.
