Abstract:
An effective task allocating is important for MAS to complete its mission through efficient cooperation among agents. A new approach is introduced on the basis of the theory of information granulation, which includes two phases: the phase of granulating agents and tasks and the phase of allocating tasks in granular. The mathematical formulation of the first phase is presented, and its solution is proposed based on genetic algorithm. A numerical example shows a better performance of the proposed method.
