Abstract:
Time Domain Electric Field Integral Equation (TDEFIE) based on Marching-On in Time (MOT) algorithm suffers from late time oscillations for analysis of scattering from conducting targets, which will induce late-time instability in MOT algorithm. An implicit iterative solver is presented by the analysis of explicit and implicit solutions of Time Domain Magnetic Field Integral Equation (TDMFIE), and then it can be implemented more easily. Numerical results demonstrate that it has more excellent stability compared with TDEFIE and that the proposed solver postpones the late-time oscillation for TDMFIE MOT iterative solution.
