    Abstract:

    In order to comprehensively and scientifically evaluate the performance of suspension system in high-speed maglev train, a comprehensive evaluation method was designed based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. According to the operation law and capability characteristics of suspension system, an evaluation index system was proposed to characterize the performance of suspension system. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of the performance index of the suspension system, and a multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the suspension system was established based on exponential scaling method and trapezoidal distribution method. A comprehensive performance evaluation system of suspension system based on operation data was developed, and the dynamic operation test was carried out on the Shanghai 1.5 km test line by using a 600 km/h high-speed maglev train. Results show that the comprehensive evaluation method of suspension system based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process can comprehensively evaluate the performance of suspension system and realize the quantification and visualization of the evaluation results.
