When the paper passes the expert review and enters the final review and proposed acceptance status, in addition to improving the paper according to the expert review opinions, the author also needs to revise it in accordance with the requirements of the following aspects:
1.Layout Revision: Use double-column typesetting in Word, approximately (21 characters/column × 2 columns/line × 46 lines/page). Note that the funding source (number) should be indicated in the footnote at the bottom of the first page, as well as the introductions of the first author and the corresponding author (including year of birth, gender, native place, professional title, educational background, supervisor of master's or doctoral students, and email address). (Refer to the attached journal paper template.)
2. Length Revision: If the total number of words in the full text (including figures and tables) exceeds 10,000 words, the content needs to be streamlined. After typesetting according to the journal paper template, it should be limited to within 10 pages as much as possible.
3. Main Title Revision: Directly address the research topic of the paper and highlight the keywords reflecting the innovation of the paper. Try not to use English abbreviations as much as possible. Try not to use sentence patterns such as "Research on...", "...Research", "A...", "Based on...", etc.
4. Revision of Author's Affiliated Unit and Introduction: Use authoritative and official expressions for the Chinese and English names of the affiliated units. The author introductions in the footer should be filled in according to the requirements of item 1.
5. Revision of Chinese and English Abstracts: Directly state the purpose, method, result, and conclusion, highlight the innovative aspects of the paper, and it is advisable to have 250-300 words. The Chinese and English abstracts should be consistent. Try not to use English abbreviations as much as possible, and do not use words such as "This paper", "The paper", "Article", "Firstly", "Secondly", "Then", etc.
6. Revision of Keywords and Classification Number: The selection of keywords should be standardized, and it is advisable to have 3-8 keywords. Try not to use English abbreviations as much as possible. Please check the Chinese Library Classification Number for the classification number of the paper to ensure accurate use.
7. Revision of the Main Text and Paragraph Titles: The text of the main body should be as concise as possible. Do not use first-person expressions such as "I" and "We", and try not to use words such as "This paper" and "The paper". The sequence numbers of the paragraph titles should reflect the hierarchical relationship. Use 1, 2, 3,... for first-level headings; use 1.1, 1.2, 1.3,... for second-level headings; and use 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3,... for third-level headings. Content of an introductory nature should not have a title.
8. Revision of English Abbreviations: When an English abbreviation appears for the first time in the main text, it should be written in accordance with the standard specification of "Chinese description (full English text, English abbreviation)", for example, when "GPS" appears for the first time in the text, it should be written as "Global Positioning System (global positioning system, GPS)".
9. Revision of Formulas, Variables, Constants, and Measurement Units: Comply with national and international standards. Formulas should be uniformly numbered in sequence with Arabic numerals, such as (1), (2), etc. Variables and characteristic numbers are in italic, among which variables such as vectors, vectors, tensors, and matrices are in bold italic. Natural logarithm base e, pi π, imaginary unit i or j, etc. are in regular type. Measurement units are in regular type. For multi-letter variables in formulas, it is recommended to change them to single-letter variables, and multi-letters can be used as subscripts.
10. Figure Revision: Try to use colored figures as much as possible. The graphic elements and lines should be clear, and the text on the figure should be in the sixth typeface. The coordinate axes in the figure with a coordinate system should have names and units. If the coordinate axes have corresponding variables in the main text, their names should use the variables; otherwise, try to use Chinese names as much as possible. The units of the coordinate axes should use English letters or abbreviations that comply with international standards. The figure and its sub-figures must have consistent Chinese and English figure titles. Use (a), (b), (c)… before the sub-figure titles to indicate the sequence number. The explanatory text in the figure should preferably use Chinese. Try to delete the scene diagrams and equipment diagrams that only describe the research background as much as possible.
11. Revision of Tables and Algorithms: All tables should use the "three-line table", and all algorithms should use the "double-line table". Tables and algorithms must have consistent Chinese and English table headers. The content of tables and algorithms should all use Chinese in the small fifth typeface. The algorithm statements should be numbered in sequence. The explanatory text should be placed at the top of the algorithm and not numbered. Try to use formal language to describe the algorithm as much as possible.
12. Revision of References: The expressions of the references should include all necessary elements, the literatures should be verifiable, the sequence numbering should be consistent with the order of citation in the main text, and the proportion of references cited in the past three years should not be less than 30%. In particular, for Chinese references, the English expression must be provided, and add "(in Chinese)" at the end of the English expression.
