Manuscript Requirements

I. General Requirements

Disciplinary fields such as Information and Communication Engineering, Electronic Science and Technology, Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Optical Engineering, Systems Science, Management Science and Engineering, Aeronautical and Astronautical Science and Technology, Control Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrument Science and Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanics, Atmospheric Science, Ocean Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, etc.

The content elements include the title (in Chinese and English), the author's name and affiliated unit (in Chinese and English), the abstract (in Chinese and English), keywords (in Chinese and English), the Chinese Library Classification Number, the main text, and references (in Chinese and English), etc. The focus is on clarifying one's own innovative research achievements.

It should not involve state secrets, and the political orientation should be correct; it should be innovative, academic, and scientific; the viewpoints should be correct, the argumentation should be rigorous, and the evidence should be reliable; the text should be concise, the expression should be accurate, and the charts should be clear; properly handle the technical key points and protect the patents well.

II. Writing Requirements and Suggestions

Use Word for typesetting (in doc format), and the total number of words in the whole article (including figures and tables) should not exceed ten pages in principle (excluding reviews).

Paper Title: Directly state the research topic of the paper and highlight the keywords reflecting the innovation of the paper. Try not to use English abbreviations. Try not to use sentence patterns such as "Research on...", "...Research", "A...", "Based on...", etc.
Author's Affiliated Unit and Introduction: Use authoritative and official expressions for the Chinese and English names of the affiliated units. Provide the introduction of the first author (including year of birth, gender, native place, professional title, degree, supervisor of master's or doctoral students, email address) and the corresponding author (including gender, professional title, degree, email address).
Fund: Confirm that the name and approval number of the fund project are genuine and valid, and avoid false funds, expired funds, irrelevant funds, etc.
Chinese and English Abstracts: Directly state the purpose, method, result, and conclusion, and highlight the innovative aspects of the paper. It is recommended to have 250~300 words, with concise text. The Chinese and English abstracts should be consistent. Try not to use English abbreviations. Do not use words such as "This paper", "The paper", "Article", "Firstly", "Secondly", "Then", etc.

Keywords and Classification Number: The selection of keywords should be standardized, and it is advisable to have 3~8 keywords. Try not to use English abbreviations. Please check the Chinese Library Classification Number for the classification number of the paper to ensure accurate use.
Main Text: The introduction does not have a title, and the text should be as concise as possible. Directly state the background of the problem studied in the paper (what the problem is) and the necessity (why the research is conducted). Do not use words such as "I", "We", etc. throughout the text, and try not to use words such as "This paper", "The paper", etc.
English Abbreviations: When an English abbreviation appears for the first time in the main text, it should be written in accordance with the standard specification of "Chinese description (full English text, English abbreviation)", for example, when "GPS" appears for the first time in the text, it should be written as "Global Positioning System (global positioning system, GPS)".
Formulas, Variables, Constants, and Measurement Units: Comply with national and international standards. Formulas should be numbered in sequence with Arabic numerals, such as (1), (2), etc. Variables and characteristic numbers are in italic, among which variables such as vectors, vectors, tensors, and matrices are in bold italic. Natural logarithm base e, pi π, imaginary unit i or j, etc. are in regular type. Measurement units are in regular type. For multi-letter variables in formulas, it is recommended to change them to single-letter variables, and multi-letters can be used as subscripts.
Figures: Try to use colored vector diagrams. The graphic elements and lines should be clear, and the text on the figure should be in the sixth typeface. The coordinate axes in the figure with a coordinate system should have names and units. If the coordinate axes have corresponding variables in the main text, their names should use the variables; otherwise, try to use Chinese names. The units of the coordinate axes should use English letters or abbreviations that comply with international standards. The figure and its sub-figures must have consistent Chinese and English figure titles. Use (a), (b), (c)… before the sub-figure titles to indicate the sequence number. The explanatory text in the figure should preferably use Chinese. Try not to use scene diagrams and equipment diagrams that only describe the research background.
Tables and Algorithms: Tables and algorithms should all use the "three-line table". They must have consistent Chinese and English table headers, and the content should all use Chinese in the small fifth typeface. The algorithm statements should be numbered in sequence. The explanatory text should be placed at the top of the algorithm and not numbered. Try to use formal language to describe the algorithm.
References: List the cited, new, important, and formally published literature materials in the main text. It is recommended to have no less than 10 references, and pay attention to ensuring that the proportion of references in the past three years is not less than 30%. The serial numbers of the references cited in the main text should be uniformly numbered in sequence with Arabic numerals, such as [1], [2], etc. In particular, for Chinese references, the English expression must be provided, and add "(in Chinese)" at the end of the English expression.
