II. Basic Requirements
The content should not involve state secrets, and the political orientation should be correct.
It should be innovative, academic, and scientific, and the patents should be well protected.
The viewpoints should be clear, the argumentation should be rigorous, the evidence should be reliable, the text should be concise, and the charts should be clear.
The name and approval number of the fund project should be genuine and valid.
Edit and format the document using Word (in doc format), and it is recommended that the whole article should not exceed 10,000 words.

III. Priority Channel
Papers meeting any of the following conditions can be preferentially published:
1. The first author or corresponding author is a renowned expert such as an academician, a Changjiang Scholar, or a National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars recipient.
2. Manuscripts submitted as special topics by well-known research teams in the field.
3. Manuscripts submitted in response to the solicitation of contributions for the columns of the editorial department.

IV. Submission Process
Prepare the main body of the manuscript (in doc format) and the electronic version of the confidentiality review certificate (the template can be found in [Submission Guidelines] → [Related Downloads], and it needs to be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
Click [Author Submission and Manuscript Inquiry] on the homepage of the website and submit the manuscript according to the prompts. Before uploading the manuscript, please make sure to check and confirm that the file is free of viruses. If it is your first submission, please register first, fill in detailed personal information, and then submit the manuscript.
It is recommended to recommend more than 2 reviewers in the same professional field (please be sure to fill in the basic information including name, professional title, affiliated unit, research direction, Email, etc.).
Scan the QR code on the homepage of the website with WeChat to follow the official account, and bind the account to view the manuscript status in real time.

V. Notes
This journal only accepts submissions through the submission system of the Journal of National University of Defense Technologyat http://journal.nudt.edu.cn, and does not accept submissions in any other form. (If the submission interface cannot be displayed properly, please go to IE browser → Tools → Compatibility View Settings, and add the website "journal.nudt.edu.cn".)
Please read the relevant documents in [Submission Guidelines] on the journal's website. The content and writing of the manuscript must comply with the journal's specifications, otherwise it will not pass the preliminary review.
Each manuscript must go through a confidentiality review before it can be submitted. After receiving the manuscript acceptance notice, the author should send the original confidentiality review certificate and the original copyright agreement of the paper by express delivery (please use SF Express) to Teacher Dai of the editorial department. Authors within the National University of Defense Technology can submit the documents to Room 503 of the Publishing House. The copyright owner's signature on the copyright agreement of the paper should be written by hand.
If the submitting author is different from the corresponding author, please indicate it in the submission remarks. At the same time, the corresponding author's username needs to be registered and activated before the manuscript status can be queried.
To facilitate the sending of sample issues, if there are any changes in the author's contact information, please be sure to update it in the system in a timely manner.
